Our Staff

Our Staff is comprised of individuals who are dedicated to our cause. This commitment is based on the love of children and a desire to help those who can not help themselves. Our staff is made up of all volunteers that felt the need to do something more they are not getting paid for what they do. Our staff views these children as their own and desire to not only provide the children with food, and a roof over their heads but a loving environment and the tools to thrive.

Paul is currently an Associate Director for KPMG LLP in Dallas, TX. He migrated to the USA in 1992 where he attended the University of Dallas earning his MBA and a bachelors in Information Technology. His wifes name is Beth and they have three beautiful children – Christine, George and Ashley. Paul and his family reside in Allen, Texas. His passion for helping orphans led him to form the Footprints of Faith Foundation.

Mark, a co-founder of the Footprints of Faith Foundation is currently employed with Atmos Energy Corporation as a Learning Solutions Architect designing and developing learning solutions for Employee Development. He has a BFA in Design and a minor in Business and Print. He has held roles in all facets of design and development. His wife is Rebecca and they have two wonderful children – Nicole and Daniel.

Norah works for Coca-Cola as the Public Affairs Director for their East and Central Africa unit. Norah attained her MBA from the University of London. She is based in Kenya and has been instrumental in undertaking the foundation’s activities on the ground. Norah is married to Francis Odwesso. They have two boys – Kevin and Pat.

Michael Howard is a program manager at HP Enterprise Services who creates, produces, and delivers online communications to internal global customers. He is also a very talented singer and songwriter. Michael lives in the city of McKinney, TX and has a beautiful wife and three incredible kids.

Trae Blain

Trae currently works as a Mechanical Engineer with the Raytheon Company in Dallas, Texas. Trae has bachelors degrees in engineering and mathematics from Texas Tech University and Wayland Baptist University, respectively. Trae is an online enthusiast and is using this enthusiasm for the good of the Foundation. Trae lives in Plano, Texas with his beloved wife and one son.

Nicole is currently pursuing her master’s degree in speech language pathology at the University of Houston, and will graduate in May of 2010. She also has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Louisiana State University. She has worked for two non-profit organizations teaching children with autism and other learning disabilities.
